Frank Madison Mosley, 85, entered into rest on June 22, 2024.

 Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Westover Memorial Park.

 Frank was born in Augusta, GA to the late Jesse T. Mosley, Sr. and the late Marjorie Mosley Fitzgerald. He graduated from the Academy of Richmond County. Frank served his country as a US Army Reservist.

 Frank was a member of the American Society of American Florist, he also was an award winning Floral Designer for The World Flower Counsel and traveled to several European Countries to represent the United States. He was on design panels and competed in design schools overseas and in the United States. He was known for his floral designs that used as he called it “Roadsideana”. (weeds, twigs and other natural dried plant material that he collected and dried.)

Frank studied Ikebana in Japan and held a master certificate in Ikebana. He was well known as a speaker at many Garden Clubs in the area over many years. When Frank opened his flower shop in National Hills Plaza, many years ago, he sold cut glads on the sidewalk in front of his shop for fifty nine cents a dozen. He was an avid collector of antiques and collected Old Paris Vases. 

 Frank is survived by his brother, J.T. Moseley, Jr. (Jill); his nieces and nephew, Sharon Sajauskas (Victor) and family, Gene Moseley (Bettina) and family and Kaye Watson (Mel) and family; cousins, Rebecca Rosborough and Eva Ann Keller; by his dear friends, Steve Arthur, Pat Clayton and Chuck Culpepper; and by his many other loving friends. In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by cousins, Steve Mosley and Donnie and Bill Bragg.
