Dealva Dee Foote

Augusta, GA – Mrs. DeAlva “Dee” Foote, 73, beloved wife of Mr. James Foote entered into rest on Wednesday October 22, 2008 at University Hospital.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday October 25, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Platt’s Funeral Home Crawford Avenue Chapel with Captain Todd Mason officiating. Interment to follow in Westover Memorial Park.

Mrs. Foote was employed with King Mill until her retirement. She loved and faithfully supported the Salvation Army. Mrs. Foote will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

In addition to her husband Mrs. Foote is survived by her daughter, Peggy Moss and husband Gerald, and her granddaughter, Stephanie Moss.

Pallbearers will be Dean Rogers, Nathan Rogers, Gordon Lowry, and Jimmy Bodie.

If so desired memorials may be made to the Salvation Army Worship Center 2220 Gardner St. Augusta, GA 30904.

The family will receive friends on Saturday October 25, 2008 from 1:00 PM until service time at Platt’s Funeral Home Crawford Avenue Chapel.
