Deloris Annette Walker Garrett

Clarks Hill, SC – Mrs. Deloris Annette Walker Garrett, 88, entered into rest on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Augusta University Hospital with her loving family by her side.

The visitation and funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at Bellevue Memorial Gardens Chapel beginning at 1pm with the Reverend Bobby Eubanks officiating. Committal to follow in cemetery.

Survivors include her children, William T. Garrett, Jr. and his wife, Wanda F. Garrett of Wagener, SC, Barry Garrett and his wife, Susan Garrett of Waynesboro, GA and Paula Mabe and her husband, Jeff Mabe of Clarks Hill, SC; Seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and sister, Patricia Parsons of Martinez, GA.

She is preceded in death by her father, Johnny Walker; mother, Johnnie Cooper Walker; husband of 54 wonderful years, William T. Garrett, Sr.; son, Randy Garrett and three sisters, Doris, Ruth and Ann.

Before retiring, Deloris was a bookkeeper in real estate. She also enjoyed spending her time with all of her family, fishing, dancing and watching her stories.

Pallbearers will be Brian Garrett, Billy Garrett, Brandon Garrett, David Crutchfield, Alex Craven and Les Fleming. B.J. Garrett will be an honorary pallbearer.
