Frances Hensley Dennis

Martinez, GA – Frances Hensley Dennis, 93, wife of the late Caver Crane Dennis, entered into rest on Tuesday, May 13, 2014.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Warren Baptist Church Chapel with Rev. Dave Dillard officiating. Burial will follow at Westover Memorial Park.

Frances was an original member of Warren Baptist Church, where she served and was active in many different areas. She enjoyed spending time with her friends, especially The Sewing Circle and the Out to Lunch Bunch. Frances was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who always put others first.

Survivors include two daughters; Connie Bailey (Bill) of Martinez, GA, Mary Alice Hill (Reggie) of Martinez, GA, two brothers; Tom O’Neal of Appling, GA, Clifford O’Neal of FL, three grandchildren; Merrilee Coley (David), Amanda Bentley (Ray), Mary Beth Donovan (Will), six great grandchildren; Katelynn Moore (Tyler), Mackenzie Coley, Braelin Bentley, Bria Rae Bentley, Caroline Bailey, and Mary Collins Donovan. Frances was preceded in death by her grandson, the late Bert Bailey.

Pallbearers will be Ray Bentley, David Coley, Will Donovan, Tyler Moore, and Dennis O’Shields . Honorary pallbearers will be members of The Sewing Circle - Ruby Garrard, Dahlia Gibson, Anita Smalley, Nell Tyson, and Mabel Whaley.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at the funeral home.
