Jane Ann Burton Sundberg

Martinez – Mrs. Jane Ann Sundberg, 67, beloved wife of John Sundberg, entered into rest on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at University Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Christ the King Lutheran Church with the Rev. David Keener officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Iowa.

Mrs. Sundberg, a native of Des Moines, was a 1967 graduate of Madrid High School, in Madrid, Iowa. She was active in PEO, enjoyed Pilates, and was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church.

In addition to her husband, John, she is survived by her daughter, Danielle Dee Peterson and her granddaughter, Zoe Jane Peterson, both of Tucson, AZ., and a sister, Kathy Harney of Madrid, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth and Gerald “China” Burton.
