Gibson, GA---Mrs. Kay Elizabeth Pruitt, 57, beloved wife of Pace B. Pruitt entered into rest on Friday, July 6, 2012 at Georgia Health Sciences University.
Memorial services will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, July 13, 2012 in the Platt’s Belair Road Chapel with Reverend Tom Kalliokoski officiating.
Mrs. Pruitt was a native of Atlanta, GA, but had been a resident of Augusta for most of her life. Kay touched many lives both professionally and personally and was always ready to help anyone in need. She loved country living and raising dogs and cats. She was a member of the Episcopal faith and was a member of the Augusta Country Club. Kay was employed, as a Graphic Artist for Streeter Printing and Graphics and for the last 20 years for Morris Communications, where she held many diverse positions in publishing.
Mrs. Pruitt was preceded in death by her father, Robert B. Elliott.
Survivors, other than her husband include her mother, Jean T. Elliott, brother, R. Scott Elliott and wife Debbie, niece, Blair B. Elliott and nephew, R. Clayton Elliott, all of Augusta.
