Michael "Mike Arlen" Sturgeon

Michael "Mike Arlen" Sturgeon was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on December 31, 1960. Interestingly, it did not rain a single day that month. He left us on April 18, 2022. Albert Einstein and Dick Clark also passed on April 18th, which makes sense why Mike would pick that day.

He was preceded in death by his Mother, Jacqueline Bailey Sturgeon, his Father, William Douglas Sturgeon, and his Sister Kathy Ann Sturgeon. He leaves behind his beautiful Wife of 25 years, Anya Christina Sturgeon, a Daughter Cynthia Natasha Sturgeon and a Sister, Olivia Nicole Stahle.

We will miss him more than words can explain, but we know he’s now part of the best band in the universe playing bass 24/7. He’s also driving the rest of the family nuts up there, in case any of you had any doubts.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 5:00pm with the visitation to follow from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Platt’s Belair Road Chapel.
