Richard D. Gormley

Augusta, GA – Mr. Richard D. Gormley, 40, entered into rest on Sunday, November 10, 2013.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Platt’s Crawford Avenue Chapel with The Reverend Tim Smart officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Buddy and Amy Gormley; and one son, Caleb Dickerson Gormley; three sisters, Angela V. Gribanow (John), Janice Y. McCoy (Mark), Amy E. Fryberger.

Richard loved Georgia Football, Fishing, Cooking and spending time with his family.

Pallbearers will be, Robert Gribanow, Todd Gribanow, Christopher Gribanow, Wayne McCoy, Jeremy Johns, James Llewellyn, and J. T. Teston.

Richard is also survived by his fiancée Ms. Laura Beth Dickerson.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 15, 2013 at the funeral home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
