Ronald Martin Golden

Mr. Ronald Martin Golden, born August 26, 1960, passed away on May 13, 2018.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Platt’s Belair Road Chapel with the Rev. Renee Hester officiating.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ules Martin Golden and Annie Mae Golden and Harold E Johnson and Jesse Mae Johnson, his mother in law Rebecca Fair, and one niece Jennifer Russler.

Ronald is survived by his loving wife Lois E Golden and daughter Crystal G Hunt (Chris)Beech Island, SC, step children; Brandy Williams, of Mississippi, and Johnny Barlow, of Winterville, GA, his six grandchildren; Caleb M Hunt, Garrison Hunt, Landon Furdyna, Noah Williams, Jacob Barlow, and Ava Kate Barlow, his parents; Carlton D and Barbara J Golden, of Martinez, father in law; Ross Fair of Avon Park, FL., his six brothers and sisters; Harold M Golden (Marilyn) of Loden, TN, Jeanie M Stewart (Keith) of Inman, SC, his twin, Rhonda D McKinney of Harlem, Donald W Golden (Lynn) of Evans, Donna A Wagoner (Brad) of Harlem, and Larry L Golden (Lisa) of Appling. He is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews, 18 great nieces and nephews, 3 sisters in law, Laura Clapp (Roger) of Fairfax, VA, Ruth Alexander (Wayne)of Smith Mountain Lake, VA, and Pam Hauesler (Greg)of Manassas, VA

Ronald was very proud that he was a member of Evans AA Group for the past 18 years. He loved to fish and camp with his wife Lois and he loved his family very much. He loved watching the GA Bulldogs, the Atlanta Falcons, riding his motorcycle and taking trips to the mountains.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening, May 15, 2018 from 6:00 until 8:00.
