Susan R. Mrs. Henderson

Martinez, Ga. – Mrs. Susan R. Henderson, of Martinez, entered into rest early Sunday morning, August 26, 2012, she was 50 years old.
Mrs. Henderson is survived by her children Niki and Kyle and her husband Jeff.
Mrs. Henderson was an Honor roll graduate from Troy State University with a B.S. Degree in Business. Susan opted to leave her profession to be a stay at home mom for her family. Mrs. Henderson was born Susan Ressico at the Ramstein US Airbase Medical Facility near Landstuhl Germany to then Sergeant Virgil Ressico and Anita Albert. From there Mrs. Henderson traveled with her father and his family as he was re-assigned to several US Airbases throughout the United States. Growing up Mrs. Henderson competed in rodeo barrel riding competitions where she received numerous ribbons and trophies. The Henderson family moved to Martinez in 1998 where they enjoyed camping, boating, hiking and going to the beach. Susan loved her family dearly and will be greatly missed. Susan’s wishes were to be cremated and her ashes scattered without a formal ceremony.
Our family would like to thank Caresouth hospice and the hospice staff at Trinity Hospital. Their kindness, compassion and heartfelt sorrow for our loss helped us through a very difficult time.
