Ann Carter Worley

Ms. Ann Carter Worley, 81, entered into eternal rest on Sunday evening, May 29, 2022 at her residence.
Ann was born in Gaston, Alabama to the late Marvin and Mamie Carter, but had been a resident of the Augusta area since the 1960’s. She proudly served and retired from the Richmond County sheriff department in 2010.
She is survived by her son, Bobby Worley (Tammy) and her daughter, Carla Worley Smith (Britt). She is also survived by her grandchildren, Heather, Kristen, Ashlyn (Josh), Bryce, Hannah and Katelyn, as well as her great grandchildren, Caleb, Landon and Elijah.
The family will have a private celebration of life at the Hopewell Cemetery in Alabama at a later date.
