Carol Cox Robinson

Mrs. Carol Cox Robinson, 65, beloved wife of Donnie Robinson, entered into rest on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Platts Funeral Home, Belair Road Chapel. The family will receive friends and loved ones from 12:00 until the time of service. Burial will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Robinson, Bobby Grant, Matthew Hugaboon, Tanner Hayden, Alex Fatolitis, Nolan Johnson, Garrett Grant.

In addition to her husband, Donnie, she is survived by her children, Joshua and Nicole Robinson, Amanda and Bobby Grant and Taylor Robinson and Matthew Hugaboon, her grandchildren, Garrett, Calleigh, Avery Kate, Ansley, Adalynn, and Brody. She is also survived by her father, Richard D. Cox, her siblings, Wayne and Melissa Cox, Elaine Smart and Leon and Cindy Pate. She was preceded in death by her mother, Billy Cox, her bonus mom Joyce Boldin and her brother, Barry Cox.

Carol was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and was a follower of Christ. Her greatest accomplishments were her kids and grandkids. She never met a stranger and loved everyone with open arms. She was known by her family as Mama, Grammie, and Ding. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was always surrounded by them. She greatly impacted the lives of everyone she met, and to know her was to love her. She could often be found in a chair in the sun and always enjoyed the beach with her family. She adored all Hallmark movies, and a good book. Holidays were her favorite when she could gather all her children, grandchildren, and friends. Her happiest moments were when she was on her John Deere cutting any grass she could and watering and “talking” to her flowers. Her endless love and laughter will forever be missed, but never forgotten.
