Dorothy Beck

Dorothy Beck, 96, beloved wife of the late Donald Beck, entered into rest on Sunday, November 6, 2022.

A celebration of Mrs. Beck’s life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 19, 2022 in the fellowship hall at St. John United Methodist Church. A celebration of her life will also be held in Ohio in May.

Mrs. Beck worked in the nursing field until her retirement. She served during World War II in the Army Cadet Unit as a nurse and was the first school nurse in Streetsboro, OH. Mrs. Beck was a member of St. John United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Beck is survived by her sons, Duane Burgoyne (Dar) and Glenn Beck (Teri); her daughter, Georgia Vesely (Richard); her grandchildren, Julie Vesely, Jodie Akins (Robin), Daniel Burgoyne (Ronna), Delana Reilly (Kenny), Katie Long (Brad), Lexie Frank (Adam), Glenn Beck, Jr., Ricky Barnauskas (Stacey), Rachel Trivisonno (Anthony) and Scott Marriott (Laura); and her sixteen great-grandchildren.
