Haven Haddox

Martinez, GA – Haven Haddox, 54, entered into rest on Friday, June 10, 2011 at home after an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 17, 2011 at Marvin United Methodist Church with Rev. Pauline Ackerman. Burial will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.

Haven worked for Becthel for 25 years and retired in 2009. She loved to travel, play golf, and spending time with her cat, Buddy Love.

Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Mark Haddox of Martinez, GA, father, Jerry McNabb of Martinez, GA, one sister, Traci McNabb of Augusta, GA, one brother, Mitch McNabb of St. Louis, MO, mother-in-law, Mary Haddox, brother-in-law, Ronald Haddox, two aunts, Mertie Coulter, Jean McCullough of Edmond, OK, one uncle, Marlin Feil of Hooker, OK, two God children, Cheyenne and Sierra Mannix of Evans, GA.

Her mother, the late Laverna L. Skillings, preceded Haven in death.

Pallbearers will be Bruce Golf, Ron Haddox, Bob Mannix, David Posey, Mitch McNabb, and Jim Chapman.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 16, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
