Marlena Chantelle Wilson

Marlena Chantelle Wilson, 43, of Augusta, GA passed away on December 27, 2022. She was born to Marlene Fay and Robert Douglas Wilson on December 20, 1979 in Clarksburg, WV.

She was a production manager for WJBF news station for over 17 years. She was an avid writer, enjoyed spending time travelling and loved dogs - especially her two best buddies, Scarlett Rose and Isabella. She was a lifelong member of Duff Street United Methodist Church in Clarksburg, WV.

Marlena is predeceased by her mother and leaves her father and doggie daughters to cherish her memory.

A memorial service was held at Platt's Funeral Home 337 N. Bel Air Rd. Evans, GA 30809 on Friday, January 6, 2023 at 2pm. Visitation was one hour prior.

A Celebration of Life and fellowship will be held at Duff St. UMC on Saturday, April 22, 2022 for Marlena and her mother, Marlene. 

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Duff St. United Methodist Church is Clarksburg, WV.
