Mary Ellen Ross

Augusta,GA- Mrs. Mary Ellen Ross age 79, wife of Robert L. Ross entered into eternal rest at Doctors Hospital on Monday, May 25, 2009.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2009 at the American Legion Auxilliary Post # 192 on Owens Rd. at 6:00 p.m.

Survivors include, one son, David Lee Ross of Mt. Pleasant,SC, one daughter, Barbara Francis of Martinez. Seven brothers, Joseph Pilling of Hollandale,WI, Harry Pilling of Salem,VA, Douglas Pilling Linden, WI., William Pilling of Polo ,IL, Robert Pilling of Mineral Point,WI, Glen Pilling of Linden,WI and Tom Pilling of Mineral Point,WI. Sisters, Carole Cassidy and Bonnie Pittz both Mineral Point,WI, Grandchildren, Nickolas Prokosa, Natasha Prokosa, David Prokosa and Ryan Lee Ross. One great grandchild, Hayden McVideer.

Mrs. Ross was a retired officer manager, and she was a member of St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church.She was a wonderful wife a perfect mother, grandmother and a great grandmother. She was a member of the American Legion Auxilliary Post # 192 and she loved working with the veterans. Mary had many friends who loved her dearly and will miss her.
