Jack loved Austin and fully embraced the Texas lifestyle. He enjoyed country western dancing, live music, Tex-Mex and barbecue joints. Jacks’s competitive nature and love of sports and games led to many fond memories for his children. There were many hours spent playing heated games of Monopoly, Scrabble and cards. Jack always made time to attend his children’s sporting events and ballet concerts. In later years he especially enjoyed watching and talking sports with Terry and attending grandchildren‘s events when possible.
Jack and Patricia reconnected at their Fulton High School Class reunion and were married in Albuquerque, New Mexico a short time after. After moving to Augusta, Georgia, Jack began working at the Augusta Country Club golf course until he retired.
