Santos Rosario Alvarado

Mr. Santos Rosario-Alvarado, 62, of Augusta, Georgia, peacefully passed away with his beloved wife and daughter by his side at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center on Tuesday, August 30, 2022.

Santos was born June 3, 1960 in Orocovis, Puerto Rico. He was a proud United States Army veteran who served during Operation Desert Storm. After serving for many years, he channeled his passion for the open road throughout his extensive career as a truck driver. He was a man full of great humor, compassion and unconditional love.

Mr. Rosario-Alvarado is survived by his daughter, Anjelica Rosario of Augusta and his wife, Jacqueline Rosario (Thomas) of Augusta.

A visitation will be held from 2 pm until 4 pm at Platt’s Funeral Home located at 337 North Belair Road, Evans, GA 30809
