Teresa Parsons Thomas

Teresa Parsons Thomas, 58, surrounded by her children and grandchildren, was called home to rest on Saturday, February 15, 2025, after her battle with cancer. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at Platt's Funeral Home, Belair Road Chapel, with Pastor Dusty Wammack officiating. 

Teresa was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she graduated from Western Heights High School. She immediately began a career in real estate and property management. 

She loved live music, traveling, the beach, church functions, fun times with friends, but above all she loved her family. 

She adored her son Chris, daughter Ashley, and grandchildren, Kason and Kaden, with her entire being. She was an extremely loving and giving soul, and would do anything to help anyone, even if it meant putting herself last. She will be missed immensely by all the lives she touched.

She leaves behind her beloved Children; Ashley Elrod Rosser and Christopher Clark Elrod; two grandsons Kason Rosser (14) and Kaden Rosser (12); her brother, William “Billy” Parsons; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and loved ones. She was reunited in Heaven with her parents, the late Lovelace Dwayne Parsons, and Opal M. Parsons. 

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 24, 2025, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
