Thomas Iadisernia

Thomas Iadisernia, of Martinez, Georgia, entered into rest Wednesday, December 13, 2023, aged 78.

He was born in Brooklyn, New York on January 11, 1945 to parents Cosmo and Michelena Iadisernia. He lived in New York most of his life, and worked as a plumber and steamfitter for the Local Union 373 until his retirement.

Thomas is survived by his loving wife Josephine; son Thomas Iadisernia Jr (Toni); daughter Justine Ferrer (John); grandchildren Johnny Ferrer Jr, Jessica Williams, Joseph Ferrer (Amy), Isabella Ferrer, Ciara Ferrer, Michael Iadisernia, Victoria Iadisernia, and James Iadisernia; and 12 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends and guests Sunday, December 17, 2023, at Platt’s Funeral Home, Belair Road Chapel from 2:00pm until 5:00pm. Rosary service will take place at 2:30pm.

The Funeral Mass will take place Monday, December 18, 2023 at 11:00am at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church, Columbia Road, Father Gabriel Gberikon officiating. Interment to follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
